WAHA was appointed to create a Māori integrated marketing strategy for this multi-million dollar organisation.
To gain an in-depth understanding of Kaupapa Wānanga and the community the organisation serves, we spent time researching what was important, meaningful and familiar to the staff, students and wider community.
These insights helped us to deliver a strategy that would connect to the target audience, and one that was pivotal to the commencement of a wider organisation change process.
